Kirpal Singh and his wife Kirpal Kaur served as directors of Guru Ram Das Ashram in Boulder, Colorado from 1971 to 1991. He received his Ph.D. in sociology in 1986 and taught Kundalini Yoga as fully accredited courses at the University of Colorado and the University of Oregon. From 1992 to 2003 he served as Academic Director for the Sikh Dharma Education International in India. He is an accredited Kundalini Yoga Trainer, Minister of Sikh Dharma, and has been practicing Sadhana for forty-five years.

Sat Purkh Kaur Khalsa is a KRI Certified Level Three Kundalini Yoga Teacher as well as a Lead Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy. Known for her work in Sound & Mantra as well as Humanology and the Women's Teachings; in 2008 she authored Everyday Grace: The Art of Being a Woman, an introduction to the Women's Teachings of Yogi Bhajan. She has seven albums of sacred music and lives with her husband and their menagerie of animals.
